We perform plasmid manufacturing to serve our in-house viral
vector production programs and also to serve customers who need mid-
to large quantities of plasmids. Please contact us to discuss your needs and
specifications. Plasmids from Applied Viromics surely will be suitable
for applications both in vitro and in vivo.
AAV shuttle plasmids of different kind are available
as pre-made plasmids. Researchers then can subclone their gene of
interest to these plasmids for AAV production. The helper plasmids we
use to produce AAV in-house are also listed here for researchers who
choose to do AAV production in their own labs.
Some molecular cloning services are offered to help
our customers to make AAV shuttle plasmids. Please contact us for
detail. Shuttle plasmids construction for adeno-, retro/lenti-, as
well as baculo- viral vectors is included in their production service
